Roberto Antón is an associate at Diaz Briscoe Medina. Mr. Anton’s experience includes managing every facet of litigation, from the discovery process to the drafting and arguing of dispositive motions, and various forms of alternate dispute resolution such as appraisal and mediation. While Mr. Antón’s practice focuses on insurance litigation, and particularly coverage disputes, Mr. Antón has represented insurers and their insureds, as well as private clients, in a variety of areas including premises liability, commercial general liability, bodily injury claims, and commercial shipping disputes. Mr. Antón obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University in 2005, where he majored in English, before spending two years as a language arts instructor at Ponce de Leon Middle School in Coral Gables. Mr. Antón earned his juris doctorate from the Florida International University College of Law in 2011. Mr. Antón is admitted to practice law throughout the state of Florida, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
