Maria Medina is a founding partner of Diaz Briscoe Medina.  Ms. Medina’s litigation practice involves the investigation and defense of first party commercial and homeowners’ insurance claims, insurance coverage, third party insurance defense, bad faith litigation, appraisal, and mediation.  She has represented both domestic and international insurance companies as well as local municipalities. Ms. Medina has significant experience in general civil litigation and labor law in State, Federal, and Administrative Courts throughout Florida.
