Bianca Zuluaga is an associate at Diaz Briscoe Medina. She practices civil litigation with a focus on first party insurance defense. Prior to joining Diaz Briscoe Medina, Ms. Zuluaga handled a variety of residential and commercial first party property insurance defense cases, as well as pre-litigation investigations.
Ms. Zuluaga obtained her juris doctorate degree at the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she interned with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and she was a fellow in the University of Miami’s Professional Responsibility and Ethics Program, where she conducted presentations to bar associations and law firms on various ethical issues. She also interned with the litigation and transactional departments of Royal Caribbean International.
In addition to representing insurance carriers, Ms. Zuluaga has also defended cruise lines in personal injury actions involving crewmembers and passengers, as well as shipping companies in shipping disputes.
